Discover a bold, full-bodied coffee grown on volcanic slopes in Kintamani, Bali. Bright mountain air and rich volcanic loam produce a complex cup that balances deep sweetness with rounded roast character—perfect for espresso, French press, or a syrupy filter brew.

Roast: Med-dark Tasting Profile: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar Grower: Smallholder farmers from Kintamani Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Catimor Region: Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia Altitude: 1200-1600 M Soil Type: Volcanic Loam Process: Hand picked, wet-hulled and dried on raised beds.

This coffee presents concentrated notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar with a smooth, lingering finish. The wet-hulled process and raised-bed drying enhance body and depth while preserving bright varietal character from Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor plants cultivated at high altitude.

Brewing tips: for a syrupy espresso, use a fine grind and a slightly higher dose; for immersion methods, try a coarse grind and a 1:15–1:17 ratio to highlight sweetness and balance. Store in a cool, airtight container away from light for best freshness.

Ethically sourced from smallholder farmers, this coffee supports traditional cultivation and careful post-harvest handling—bringing you a distinctive Bali-grown cup with provenance, depth, and approachable sweetness.
